1. Call us directly to discuss the situation and determine if it’s a case we can take on.
2. If approved, we will contact the pet family directly.
3. We’ll request the pet’s medical records be emailed to us.
4. Our staff will then speak with the family, ask questions to assess financial need, and do everything we can to help them keep and treat their pet.
